We purchased a generator from SBE, the process was professional and smooth from the beginning. A few days after we had the generator installed, a representative from SBE came and spent an hour with me explaining how it worked and how to maintain it if needed. I also purchased the contract for maintenance. SBE was thorough in explaining everything.
